This Privacy Policy describes how tnvtak ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the tnvtak application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• User Input Data: Text, prompts, and content you enter when using AI tools (Writer, Translator, Code Assistant, etc.). This data is sent to third-party AI services for processing and is not stored on our servers.
• Settings & Preferences: Your chosen language, theme preference, and locally stored favorites and recent tools.

Information collected automatically:

• We do not collect analytics, device identifiers, location data, or usage tracking information.
• We do not use cookies or tracking pixels.

2. How We Use Your Information

• AI Processing: Text you submit to AI features is sent to our AI service provider (OpenAI-compatible API) to generate responses. We do not log or store these requests on our own servers.
• Local Storage: Your preferences, favorites, chat history, and recent tool usage are stored locally on your device using the app's built-in storage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly use an AI feature.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party AI services to power its AI features. When you use an AI tool, your input is sent to the AI service provider for processing. Please be aware that:

• The AI provider may process your data according to their own privacy policy.
• We recommend not submitting sensitive personal information (passwords, financial details, etc.) through AI features.

4. Data Storage & Security

• All user preferences and app data are stored locally on your device.
• We do not operate servers that store your personal data.
• API keys, if configured, are stored locally on your device and transmitted only to the configured AI service endpoint.
• We use HTTPS for all network communications to ensure data is encrypted in transit.

5. Data Retention

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• You can clear all app data at any time through Settings > Clear Cache.
• Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.
• We do not retain any copies of your data on external servers.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access all data stored by the App (all data is local and visible to you).
• Delete all your data by clearing the app cache or uninstalling the App.
• Opt out of AI features by simply not using them — local tools work entirely offline.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
